Terms of service

The agreement between you and us.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Ce document n'est disponible qu'en anglais.

These terms are the agreement between Shopdresser (“we”, “us”) and the business that opens an account (“you”). By creating an account you accept them, together with the Privacy policy, the Acceptable use policy, the Data processing agreement and the cancellation and refund policy, which are part of this agreement.

1. Who the service is for

Shopdresser is a service for businesses and professionals. You confirm that you use it for your business and not as a consumer, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are allowed to act for the business you register.

2. What we do

From the answers you give in the survey we prepare and run marketing for your business: a public page, local pages, social media posts, review requests, win-back messages to past customers, texts for your Google Business profile, a report, and — on some plans — introductions to local creators. What each plan includes is shown on the Pricing page.

Texts are drafted by software, including an artificial-intelligence model, from the facts you provide (see How we use AI). We improve and change the service over time. If we remove something you rely on, we tell you beforehand and you may cancel.

3. Your account

Keep your login details to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done through your account. The information you give us about your business must be true and kept up to date.

4. Your approval and your content

Your page, your local pages, your posts and your campaigns are shown to you before they become public or are sent. Nothing is published or sent to your customers without your approval, except review requests and reminders once you have switched them on.

You decide what is published, and you are responsible for it. Before you approve, check that prices, opening hours, offers, product claims and everything else are correct and lawful for your business and your country. A text written by software can be wrong.

What you upload or type (texts, logo, photos, customer lists) stays yours. You give us permission to store, adapt and show it as far as needed to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

5. Your customers' data

When you add contact details of your customers, you remain the controller of that personal data and we process it only on your instructions, to send messages for you and to show you the results. The Data processing agreement applies.

You confirm that you obtained these details lawfully and that you are allowed to contact these people in this way. Marketing messages are sent only to people recorded as having agreed to receive them. Bought, rented or scraped lists are not allowed. Every marketing message carries a link to unsubscribe, and an unsubscribe is final.

6. Messages we send for you

Messages go out in your business's name, within sending hours and daily limits that we set to protect your reputation and ours. We cannot promise that a message is delivered, opened or acted on: that depends on email and messaging providers and on the recipient. Channels such as the WhatsApp Business API have their own conditions, which you must meet to use them.

7. Reviews and feedback

Every customer is asked for feedback in the same way and is shown the same link to leave a public review, whatever rating they gave. You may not offer anything in exchange for a review, ask only satisfied customers, write reviews yourself or have others write them for you. Public review sites have their own rules; you must follow them. See How reviews work.

8. Local creators

Where your plan includes it, we introduce you to independent local creators. A collaboration is an agreement between you and the creator; we are not a party to it and are not responsible for the creator's content or conduct. You set a budget; you are charged only for posts you confirm. Our share is 15 % of the creator's fee and is included in the budget. Advertising must be recognisable as advertising: the creator has to label the post as required by local law, and you must not ask them to hide it.

9. Prices and payment

Packages and extras are billed monthly in advance.

What you pay each month is the price of your package plus the price of each extra you have switched on, as shown on the Pricing page and in your dashboard under “Plan & billing”. You can switch an extra on or off, or change package, at any time. When you do so during a month, the rest of that month is charged or credited in proportion on your next invoice.

You are billed in the currency shown when you subscribe. Prices exclude VAT, sales tax and similar taxes, which are added where they apply. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

Where no payment method is asked for at sign-up, you get a free trial of 14 days. When it ends, your page and your automations are paused until you choose a plan. If a payment fails we tell you and try again; if it keeps failing we may pause the service until it is settled.

We may change prices. We tell you by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect for you, and you may cancel before it does.

10. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your dashboard. There is no minimum term. The details, including when you get money back, are in the cancellation and refund policy.

11. What is not allowed

The Acceptable use policy says what the service may not be used for. If you break it we may remove content, pause sending or close your account, as described there.

12. Other companies' services

The service works with services of other companies, such as Google, Meta, Stripe and Anthropic. We are not affiliated with them and do not control them. Their terms apply to your use of their services, and they may change or stop what they offer; we then adapt as well as we can.

13. Who owns what

The software, the design and the name of Shopdresser belong to us. The texts and pictures prepared for your business are yours to use for your business, also after you leave. Because they are produced by software from common words, we cannot promise that they are unique or that they can be protected by copyright, and similar texts may be produced for others.

14. No promise of results

We work to bring you more customers, but marketing depends on many things we do not control. We do not promise a position in search results, a number of reviews, a rating, a number of returning customers or any amount of revenue. Figures in your report are measurements and estimates, shown to help you judge the service.

15. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service running at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may interrupt it briefly for maintenance. Support is given by email at zyagency20@gmail.com.

16. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, that puts other customers or our sending reputation at risk, or whose payments stay unpaid. Unless it is urgent, we tell you first and give you the chance to put things right. When an account is closed your page goes offline; you can download your data before that (see the Privacy policy).

17. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Apart from that: we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost business, loss of reputation or indirect damage; and our total liability to you for all claims arising in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in those twelve months.

18. Your responsibility towards us

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you approved or uploaded, because of how you obtained or used your customers' data, or because you broke these terms or the law, you will cover the reasonable costs and damages that result for us. We will tell you promptly about such a claim and let you take part in the defence.

19. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. For changes that matter to you we send an email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before that date; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.

20. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Luxembourg. The courts of Luxembourg have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that protect you in your own country. If one provision turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
