Shopdresser publishes pages and sends messages in the name of real businesses, to real people. These rules protect those people, the businesses that use the service fairly, and the reputation that gets everyone's messages delivered. They are part of the Terms of service and apply to businesses and to creators.
1. Be truthful
- No false or misleading statements about your business, your prices, your products, your qualifications or your competitors.
- No invented offers, fake “was” prices, false scarcity (“only today”) or awards you do not hold.
- Health, financial and environmental claims only where you can prove them and where the law of your country allows them.
2. Reviews must be real
- No reviews written by you, your staff, your family or anyone paid or rewarded for it.
- No discount, gift or prize in exchange for a review.
- No asking only happy customers, and no steering unhappy ones away from public review sites.
- No pressure on a customer to change or remove an honest review.
3. Write only to people you may write to
- Only contact details of your own customers, obtained lawfully and directly from them.
- No bought, rented, borrowed or scraped lists.
- News and offers only to people who agreed to receive them. Respect every unsubscribe.
- No sensitive data in customer lists or messages: nothing about health, religion, political views, sexual orientation, ethnic origin or criminal records.
4. Respect other people's rights
- Only texts, logos and photos you own or have permission to use.
- No photos of identifiable people without their agreement.
- No impersonation of another business or person.
5. Nothing unlawful or harmful
- No content that is illegal where it is shown, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence.
- No promotion of goods or services that are illegal, or advertised in a way your local law forbids (for example rules on alcohol, tobacco, gambling, medicines and regulated professions).
- No marketing directed at children.
6. Advertising must look like advertising
A post made by a creator for a business is advertising. It must be labelled as the law of the country requires (for example “ad”, “advertisement”, “Anzeige”, “publicité”). A business may not ask a creator to hide the commercial relationship. Creators may not buy followers, likes or comments.
7. Do not abuse the service
- No attempts to get around plan limits, sending limits or security measures.
- No automated access, scraping or probing for weaknesses without our written permission.
- No reselling of the service without our agreement.
- No malware, phishing or links to either.
8. What happens when a rule is broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may ask you to change something, remove or hide content, pause sending, suspend the account or close it. Unless there is urgency or a legal reason not to, we tell you what we did and why, and you can reply to zyagency20@gmail.com if you think we got it wrong; a person reviews it.
Anyone can tell us about content that breaks these rules or the law: Report a problem.
