Creator terms

The rules for local creators who work with businesses here.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Ce document n'est disponible qu'en anglais.

These terms apply between Shopdresser (“we”) and you, a creator who applies to work with local businesses through Shopdresser. The Acceptable use policy and the Privacy policy apply as well.

1. Who can join

You are at least 18 years old, the social media accounts you name are your own, and the numbers you give (followers, price) are true. We look at every application ourselves and may accept or decline it without giving reasons.

2. Your independence

You work as an independent professional, not as our employee or agent. You decide which offers you accept. You are responsible for your own taxes, social contributions, registrations and insurance, and for following the rules of the platforms you post on.

3. How a collaboration works

  • A business describes what it would like shown and sets a budget. If you fit, we send you the offer by email with the amount you would earn.
  • You accept or decline. Accepting creates an agreement between you and that business; we are not a party to it.
  • You make the post as described, publish it, and give us the link.
  • The business confirms the post. After that your fee is paid out.

4. Advertising must be labelled

A post made for a business in return for payment or anything else of value is advertising. You must label it clearly as the law of your country and the rules of the platform require (for example “ad”, “advertisement”, “Anzeige”, “publicité”, or the platform's paid-partnership label). Do this even if the business asks you not to — and tell us if it does.

5. Honest content

Say only what is true and what you really experienced. Do not make claims about health, prices or results that you cannot stand behind. Do not buy followers, likes, views or comments, and do not use tools that fake them.

6. Payment

The amount shown in an offer is what you receive; our share has already been taken off. Payment is made after the business has confirmed the post. A post that was not published, was removed within 30 days without agreement, or was not labelled as advertising may not be paid.

7. Rights in your content

Your content stays yours. You allow the business to share and repost it on its own channels and on its page with Shopdresser, with your name, for as long as the post is online. Any other use, such as paid advertising with your content, needs your separate agreement.

8. Your profile

We show your profile (name, city, social media names, follower count, topics) to businesses that fit. Only if you ticked the box for it do we also list you publicly as a local creator. You can ask us at any time to change or remove your profile: zyagency20@gmail.com.

9. Ending

You can leave at any time by writing to us. We may remove a profile that breaks these terms or the Acceptable use policy. Offers you have already accepted are completed or cancelled by agreement.

10. Liability, changes, law

We introduce businesses and creators; we do not guarantee a number of offers or an income, and we are not responsible for what a business does. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of service. We may change these terms and tell you by email before a change takes effect. The law of Luxembourg applies.
