Our aim, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.

We want Shopdresser and the pages of the businesses that use it to work for everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, a large text size or a slow connection.

What we aim for

Our aim is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is a goal we work towards, not a certificate.

What we do

  • Pages work without a mouse, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip to the content.
  • Text can be enlarged, and pages adapt to narrow screens without sideways scrolling.
  • Pages are built to work in languages written from right to left.
  • Movement on the page is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Forms have labels, and errors are explained in words, not by colour alone.
  • Each business page takes a text colour that stays readable on the colour the business chose.

Known limits

  • Photos uploaded by a business may lack a description.
  • Social media pictures are images with text in them; the same text is always given next to them as a caption.
  • Pages of other companies we link to (payment, public reviews) are outside our control.

Tell us

If something does not work for you, write to zyagency20@gmail.com and say which page and what happened. A person answers, and we treat it as a fault to fix.
